So I have officially went through my first week of Core De Force and damn does it feel good to be a gangsta! haha

With all jokes aside, I am pretty fantastic!

Yes I took my measurements and my weight, yes I lost weight and inches, but that really isn’t what matters to me.

It’s that I found something that makes me feel ALIVE!

Do you know how that feels?

Or are you like I was? Feeling stuck in a rut, just coasting through your days, not happy, not sad, just ehh. Maybe you have plateaued, maybe you have been busting your buns for hours on end and not seeing any changes. Or maybe you have felt defeated, whether it’s from your own health, relationships, job, finances, what have you.

How are you feeling now?

Cause I am going to tell you, if you aren’t feeling truly alive, something has got to give!

And I am not saying that this could be the answer that solves all your problems, but I am telling you, if it’s not, it’s pretty damn close!

Core De Force has showed me (yes within the first week) that I am strong, that I deserve to be strong and that I can handle any challenge thrown at me!

Now with that said, lemme share a little about how my first week went.

Yes, there is a nutrition plan to follow, you portion your foods, making sure you are eating lots of veggies, proteins, moderate fruits and carbs and healthy fats as well! You are literally eating to fuel your body and you are not depriving yourself at all!

Some of my favs I have made include:

Spaghetti Squash and Turkey Meat Sauce
Spinach and Mozzarella Omelet with Red Pesto
Vegan Chocolate Shakeology with Almond Milk, Almond Butter & Frozen Banana
Gluten Free Pita Pizza with Garlic Chicken and Veggies
Greek Yogurt with Blueberries, Granola and Coconut Shavings

Oh wait…. almost forgot one…

So now you tell me, does it look like i am depriving myself by any mean…

Now here is a little snippet of me doing today’s workout…

Makes you feel bad ass right? OH YEAH!!!!

So like i have mentioned in previous posts, this workout is not just about physically change, it’s about mental and emotional as well! But I know that everyone gets excited when they can see the outside transformation (let’s be honest, we are visual and that’s what gets us excited to do something ourselves), so with that said, I will share 2 different photos with you, one I shared today on Social Media… and one…. well only YOU guys get to se 😉


Side by side, even I can see changes, and let’s face it, I am my own worst critic and we usually don’t see our own changes before others see them.

Ok I am gonna be honest, ever since I was diagnosed with hashimotos and adrenal fatigue (or maybe pushing 33 helped) I started not loving my back side… it’s not as smooth as it was, and everything seemed to be going W…..I……..D…….E.

Well What I notice myself, I am getting rid of the things I didn’t like the most! And my back is shrinking, bye bye muffin, hello strong brick house!!! 😉
