ok so I weighed myself yesterday… 177lbs. Not the drastic drop I was looking for, but if you take in consideration that I have been extremely busy with my March for Babies campaign, barely have been able to Zumba, have made it to the gym at least twice a week, and haven’t gained any weight, that is okay by me. After this week, I will have more time to commit to my “getting fit” process! I will try my best to go to the gym 4 times this week, and zumba hopefully twice, and I will do my 5k on sat!
Also, a good friend, Jennie, asked if I would be interested in doing a marathon in Sep… a marathon? That is 26 miles! I think one day this week, I will jump on the treadmill and see how far/long I can last before I say yes or no. Granted I have time to train, but if I can’t even make it a mile now, then I figure I am SOL 🙂
