So even though I am getting more toned and obviously shredding fat, my weight has not changed from 153.3 in 2 weeks. I am seeing definition in places that I have never seen before, it’s an amazing feeling!!!

I will be switching it up this week, I am adding heavier weights to my strength training (Thank you Cindy for that idea:)) and I am also lowering my daily caloric intake. This week I am actually following the meal planner on Beachbody, to a T! Each dinner is under 350 calories, and I have not tried any of these meals before, so it will be interesting!
Also, this is week means I am halfway through BBL, so I will be taking progress pictures, which I am really excited to see a difference, considering my hubby tells me he already sees it 😀
