For the sake of keeping things healthy and my love for pasta, I am trying to come up with new ways to get the best of both worlds! Although I did post my recipe as I created it, on snapchat, not everyone uses snapchat, so here I am sharing it with you now! 🙂

Here is my first attempt at a delicious and healthy pasta dish!


First take 2 chicken breasts and boil them until throughly cooked, shred and set aside.

Then take an avocado, slice it and add to bowl then mash it up.

Add 1 cup greek yogurt (plain and non fat) and mix well.

Squeeze half a small lemon (for the juice) and mix well.

Add salt and pepper to season, mix and set aside.

Take 3 medium zucchinis, use a spiralizer to make zucchini noodles and add to a skillet (after coating pan with coconut oil). Add shredded chicken and toss.

Let zoodles soften and then pull off burner.

Add cream sauce, mix well and serve immediately.

Add almond slivers or walnuts for crunch (and extra healthy fats never hurt no one!)


Can be hot or cold, good as a side dish or a meal itself!
