This is a military inspired workout program that is geared towards people who want amazing results without having to learn couple moves, people who don’t have hours to spend at the gym, or even former military members who want to get their bodies back!

This is an 22 min a day, 8 week program, designed to burn fat, build lean muscle, and get you “Boot Camp Fit”!
