✨Officially halfway though 80 Day Obsession!✨
At first I was terrified of the longer workouts, I was intimidated by the times nutrition, I said I couldn’t do it…. no… it was the old me saying “I won’t do it!”
Now here I am, 40 workouts in, I haven’t missed 1 workout, yes I have strayed from the meal plan a time or 2 (🍕🍩🍰) bit I am all about progress and not perfection, hell I am about #reallife 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
I have followed the plan about 85% on and even though i haven’t followed it to a T, I’ve made better choices, my portions are healthier sizes and I am aware of what I put in my body and how it’s making me feel! 🧜🏽♀️🙌🏽
And the workouts that I dreaded… I am in love with! I am feeling stronger everyday, my endurance and energy are increasing and I get excited to lift! 💪🏽🏋🏽♀️
This definitely has been an amazing addition to my journey and I am so thankful that I made the choice to do it instead of talking myself out of it! 🧘🏽♀️
Can’t wait to see where I end up after the second half!!!
